Our Travel Team comprises experienced counselors willing to provide you with the best class travel-related services.
The General Manager of our agency, Lyudmyla Laskina, has 20-years experience in travel market and, being an ATDI (Aviation Training and Development Institute, Montreal) Instructor, has also IATA-UFTAA Certificates (Standard, Advanced, Marketing). This gives our counselors the opportunity to be instructed at their working place directly on permanent basis.
Besides, our counselors having not less than 5-years experience of servicing multinational clients, have undertaken:
- IATA-UFTAA training (Standard, Advanced, Marketing, etc.)
- Rosenbluth International training (including Business Planning, Time Management, Conducting an Effective Meeting, Managing Multiple Priorities, etc. – when being a Rosenbluth International Travel Network Partner)
- Galileo update training
- Amadeus update training
- Marriott hotel sales training
- Air companies’ fare and ticketing regular training
